Phase 1 - Observation Class

Biblical Counseling of the East Valley is a ministry of Grace Bible Church and a certified training center for the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Our instruction for counseling training is in keeping with the biblical convictions and doctrinal statement of our church. Please read our biblical convictions and doctrinal statement to familiarize yourself with the kind of teaching you can expect throughout this training.

This Phase 1 — Fundamentals course includes 40 hours of biweekly instruction from March to June. To get the most out of this course, students should plan to complete about 800 pages of reading (about 200 pages per month) from the course materials and are encouraged to peruse each lesson from the BCEV curriculum prior to in-class instruction.
